The 2000 kW Volvo Penta Diesel Generator EPA Tier 3 (Prime/COP) is designed to provide dependable prime power for industrial, commercial, utility, and large-scale infrastructure applications. Built for continuous operation, this generator combines multiple Volvo Penta engines with premium electrical components to deliver reliable power for facilities where uninterrupted operation is essential.

Powered by four Volvo Penta TAD1651GE diesel engines, this generator features 6-cylinder, in-line, turbocharged, aftercooled engines operating at 1800 RPM. The modular engine configuration provides dependable performance while supporting high-capacity prime power requirements.

Electrical output is supplied through four Stamford S5L1D-D brushless, self-excited alternators with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR), Class H insulation, and IP23 protection to provide stable voltage and dependable electrical performance. Generator monitoring, synchronization, and operation are managed through five DEIF AGC 150 control panels, supporting coordinated system control for multi-engine operation.

The generator is supplied in a dual 20HQ containerized configuration and includes four 800A ACBs, four parallel cabinets, UL main breaker and UL wiring, UL battery charger, UL coolant heater, UL battery disconnect switch, base-entry cable access, and 2-wire remote start. This configuration provides a complete solution for large-scale prime power installations requiring synchronization and dependable long-term operation.
