Wholesale Diesel Generators Warranty Information

If there is a problem with your generator:

#1. Call a Certified Generator Technician with DEEP-SEA Controller experience. Typically Caterpillar Technicians have this experience.
#2. Have the Technician provide you will a invoice explaining the problem and detailing which part(s) failed.
#3. Send Customer service this invoice.
#4. Customer Service will have replacement parts sent to you, or reimburse you for parts if unavailable to us.

We apologize,  but its impossible for us to help you fix problems over the phone. Therefore, you must have a certified technician do the diagnosis.
Your generator warranty works like that on your car: Certified Technicians must do all of the maintenance and repair work. Customers may not work on the generator themselves unless you choose to violate the warranty. Remember, your warranty is 2yrs/2000hrs (covering parts only) from the day you received the generator. All generators are tested on video recording, before shipped to the customer. Therefore, we know you received a working, quality unit, certified to meet all international standards for Manufacturers.
