The 1000 kW Cummins Diesel Generator (Standby) Export is a heavy-duty containerized power solution designed to provide dependable standby power for large commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and critical-power applications. Rated at 1000 kW / 1250 kVA Standby, the system combines a Cummins diesel engine, Stamford brushless alternator, DeepSea controller, integrated fuel storage, and a hospital-grade muffler within a 40 ft containerized package.

Power is supplied by the Cummins KTA38-G4, a 12-cylinder, 37.8-liter diesel engine with a turbocharged and aftercooled configuration. The generator operates at 1800 RPM. According to the Cummins engine documentation included in your packet, the KTA38-Series is designed for generator-set applications and incorporates Cummins’ low-pressure PT™ fuel system, a Cummins Turbo Technologies turbocharger, and a large-capacity aftercooler.

Electrical output is provided by the Stamford S6L1D-E41, a 4-pole, brushless, self-excited alternator with AVR voltage regulation. The alternator documentation specifies a Class H insulation system and IP23 rating.

Generator control is provided by the DeepSea DSE7310, offering generator sensing and protection, power monitoring, data logging, configurable inputs and outputs, and communication capabilities.

Designed as an export-oriented containerized generator package, this model includes a 660-liter bunded fuel tank, UL MCB, and hospital-grade muffler. Voltage can be customized, with both three-phase and single-phase configurations available to accommodate different project requirement
