The 2000 kW MTU Diesel Generator EPA Tier 2 (Prime/COP) is engineered to provide dependable prime power for large-scale industrial, commercial, utility, and mission-critical applications. Powered by the MTU 16V4000G84S diesel engine, this generator features a 16-cylinder, water-cooled engine with turbocharged, air-to-air charge-cooled aspiration. Operating at 1800 RPM, the engine is designed to provide consistent power output for demanding prime power applications.

Electrical output is supplied through a Stamford S7L1D-G41 4-pole, brushless, self-excited alternator with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to provide stable voltage and dependable electrical performance. Generator synchronization, monitoring, and protection are managed by the DeepSea DSE8610 controller, configured specifically for synchronization applications.

The generator is housed in a 40-foot containerized enclosure with a top-mounted radiator, providing a durable and transportable solution for large-scale installations. The system also includes an ABB UL-certified draw-out main breaker for dependable electrical protection and simplified maintenance.
