The 60KW Hyundai Diesel Generator EPA Tier 4F (Prime) is a compact, emissions-compliant power solution designed for commercial, industrial, and other prime power applications. Rated at 60 kW and 60 Hz, this generator combines Hyundai diesel engine technology with a Stamford alternator and DeepSea controls in a soundproof, weatherproof package. Voltage can be customized, with both single-phase and three-phase configurations available.

Power is supplied by the Hyundai DP034CCP, a 3.41-liter, inline 4-cylinder diesel engine featuring turbocharging and intercooling, water cooling, and an electronic governor. The engine operates at 1800 RPM for this 60 Hz configuration.

The DP034CCP uses a Bosch 1,800-bar common-rail fuel system, and Hyundai’s documentation highlights ultra-low fuel consumption and optimized air management. Importantly, the engine meets EPA/CARB Tier 4 Final without a DPF system and does not use an EGR system above 56 kW.

Electrical power is produced by the Stamford UCI224E, a self-excited, brushless alternator featuring AVR voltage regulation, Class H insulation, IP23 protection, and a 0.8 power factor. Generator monitoring and control are provided by the DeepSea DSE7320, which supports three-phase generator and utility sensing, protection, power monitoring, and automatic load transfer control.
